Can I use the themes on unlimited websites?
Yes, of course. You can use both free and pro themes on as many websites as you want. There is no limit on how many times you can download the themes or on how many different domains you use the themes.
Can I use ThemeZee themes for my clients?
Yes, you are free to use ThemeZee’s WordPress themes to create awesome websites for your clients. I’m truly glad about every website which is using one of my webdesigns.
How does the registration process work?
The registration process consists of two steps. In the first step you have to enter at least all required data to register your user account. Please note that most fields are optional. The second part contains the checkout via PayPal. You will have access to the theme club after your successful payment.
How does the payment work?
At the moment you can only make your payment via PayPal. You pay an one-time charge of $29 and get access for one year. That means there is no automatic renewal or recurring fees.
I haven’t received any login details?
Normally you should be able to login with your username and chosen password immediately after your payment was successful. You will also get a welcome email which contains your username and important links. If you haven’t got an email it’s most likeley in your spam folder. If you have any problems with your account, just contact me.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, you will get a proper legal invoice according to German laws in PDF format. Please fill out the optional data on the registration process (Name & Address) in case you need the invoice for taxing purposes. You will be able to download the invoice in your member panel.
How can I get a refund?
You will get a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with my themes, just send an email and tell me your username and PayPal email. I will refund your money right away.
What happens when my membership expires?
When your membership has expired you will lose access to the download themes section, the theme docs and support forums. As a matter of course you can extend your membership for another $29 / year on the member panel.
Can I still use the themes without membership?
Yes, of course you can keep and use the themes you have downloaded during your membership as long as you want. However, you will have no access to theme updates and docs/support anymore.
How can I get theme support?
You can get support via the Theme Support Forum. Please note that I do not provide any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for me to keep track of all your questions.
Are there .PSD files included?
Practilly, no there aren’t .PSD files included. The obvious reason for this is that I don’t use Photoshop to create my webdesigns. I merely start with a blank document and create my themes directly in the browser using pure HTML&CSS.
Can I use your themes on WordPress.com?
No, I’m afraid not. WordPress.com does not allow the usage of custom themes. You need your own webspace or webserver and install the free software from WordPress.org in order to use my WordPress themes.
