1. Usage
My WordPress themes are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site – not wordpress.com. You can download the WordPress Software from wordpress.org.
2. Licensing
All of my themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). You are free to modify my themes for personal or commercial projects as you wish to fit your purposes. You are are allowed to use my themes at as many websites as you like. Please read and follow the terms of GPL.
3. Download
If there is a problem with one of my wordpress themes or if you experience any difficulty with the download, contact me and I’ll fix the problem. Please note that the download site for PRO Themes is only available for Theme Club Members.
4. Compatibility
All of my themes run on the latest stable version of WordPress and are prepared to run on a clean WordPress installation. I cannot guarantee that themes will work with all third-party components, plug-ins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on preview.themezee.com. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work as I can not guarantee that all of my themes will work with all browsers combinations.
5. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of ThemeZee’s WordPress themes, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of ThemeZee.com
6. Warranty
Generally I’m not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of my themes – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins) or modify the theme files.
ThemeZee.com does not make representation, warranty, or guaranty as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, truth, availability, accuracy or completeness of the website and themes.
7. Liability
Under no circumstances ThemeZee.com shall be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the usage of this website and ThemeZee’s WordPress Themes. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage caused to your computer, computer software, webhoster, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential, special and incidental damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Club Membership
The ThemeZee Theme Club Membership gives you the ability to access the Theme Documentation and the Support Forum. There you can ask unlimited questions about ThemeZee’s WordPress Themes. Please read all information what Support Services are included below. (13. Theme Support)
You also can download ThemeZee’s PRO Themes. Pro Themes are the upgrade versions of my free themes and have additional features to customize and configure your theme. You find the exact feature list at the Theme Info Pages.
When you sign up for the Theme Club Membership, you are expected to keep your password confidential. Sharing any Theme Club Content with another person is not allowed and may result in the loss of your membership account.
Please note that your Membership expires after one year which means you lose the access to all Theme Club Contents.
11. Payment
You can only make your payment through PayPal. You pay an one-time charge and get access for one year.That means there is no automatic renewal or recurring fees. Of course you can manually renew your membership when it’s expired. The extension for another year costs the same fee as the initial charge.
12. Refund Policy
ThemeZee.com provides a 30 day money back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the theme club, just send an email and you will get a refund of your money.
13. Theme Support
Theme Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your theme, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or create additional features.
Furthermore I don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do I provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme.
Theme Support is provided only on the Support Forum. I do not give any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for me to keep track of all your questions.
I will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep also in mind that I live in European time zone (Germany, GMT +1 hour). I try to reply to your questions normally within 24-48 hours during the support times.
14. Price Changes
ThemeZee reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of the theme club membership without prior notice. Moreover ThemeZee is allowed to discontinue a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
15. Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for any international, national or regional taxes even if ThemeZee.com has not charged you with taxes directly. You agree to pay any applicable fees and / or taxes to your responsible tax authority for any payment or purchase made on ThemeZee.com.
16. Copyright
All content, including imagery, published on the ThemeZee.com and ThemeZee.org domain and subdomains is property of ThemeZee and under copyright. Reproducing or redistributing copyrighted material without permission or a license to do so is strictly forbidden and will result in the loss of membership and other actions as defined by copyright law.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, unenforceable or conflicting with another provision of these Terms and Conditions, then the Terms and Conditions will remain in force and the provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
