The first month of 2015 has already passed and it was time to release our first theme in the new year. Say hello to Courage, the newest magazine theme in our growing collection.
Courage is a great way to start your personal blog or magazine website. The theme is very easy to use and looks awesome on every device. It includes a beautiful featured post slideshow and a clean and flexible Magazine Homepage template. We really hope you enjoy it!
New approach of Pro Version
We are trying a new approach in the distribution of the PRO Version of Courage. It will be the first theme where the PRO Version is not an extra, standalone theme but a plugin which adds the additional PRO features to the theme.
There are two main reasons we try the plugin approach:
- Users do not have to switch from the Lite to the Pro Version anymore, which required to re-configure some settings like menu positions. They just have to install and activate the Pro Version as plugin and it works right away.
- It is also a major advantage in theme development to not have to maintain two themes with about 70% the same code base. Often bugfixes or new features had to be done in both themes which was additional workload.
